Pertandingan Selangorshine Eco Photo Hunt 2011

Pertandingan Selangorshine Eco Photo Hunt 2011 telah kembali.

Bermula dari Dataran Kemerdekaan Shah Alam, para peserta akan diberikan soalan berpandukan tempat2 menarik yang perlu mereka ambil gambar sehinggalah tempat akhir, Sungai Congkak.

Yuran : RM50 sepasukan (4 orang) untuk pelanggan majalah PCP
RM60 untuk bukan pelanggan majalah

Hadiah:

Hadiah Utama : RM2,000 & Hadiah
5x Hadiah Merit : RM800 & Hadiah
8x Hadiah Consolation : RM400 & Hadiah
Gambar Terbaik : RM1,000

Rules & Regulations:The Photos

1. Photos must be taken on the day of competition – 17^th December, 2011.
2. Participants may use any type of digital camera to shoot photographs for this contest.
3. Each team has to answer all the questions in photo images. One photo answer per question.
4. The photo must portray the best or most creative presentation of the subject in question.
5. Only JPEG format is accepted, no RAW files.
6. Images must NOT be altered with any image editing software. In-camera cropping or enhancement is allowed.

The Submission

1. In order to speed up the photo submission process, all teams are encouraged to bring own equipment for image transfer/selection like notebook PC, thumb-drive, card reader, etc.
2. Pre-select your images, rename the files according to the question numbers and copy them to a thumb-drive or memory card before you proceed to the downloading counter.
3. Check file numbers/images carefully before submitting, no changes will be entertained after submission.
4. Participants must fill up the team details on the envelope provided, insert the thumb-drive/memory card with photo hunt answers and pass to the designated downloading counter.
5. Counter opens for DOWNLOADING only during designated time at Sungai Congkak Park & Resort.
6. Submission time will be announced during the briefing session prior to the hunt.
7. Only one representative from the team to submit the images at the downloading counter.
8. Only one set of answers is allowed from each team.

The Photo Hunt Trail

1. Read the questions carefully.
2. Respect the places of worship. Love our natural surroundings.
3. Adhere to road safety guidelines; do not put yourself/others in danger.
4. Do not trespass into private properties.
5. Be courteous and be a good citizen.
6. Control your time well so that you have enough time to select, rename, transfer and check your photos.
7. And most of all have time to enjoy!

Hari ini, seramai 14,345 orang cuba untuk mencipta Rekod Dunia Guinness baru. Mereka berkumpul untuk mandi di kolam air panas di perbandaran Chongqing barat daya China.  

Rekod sebelumnya menunjukan seramai 10,121 orang. Ketika itu mereka berkumpul di kolam mandian air panas di wilayah Hubei China.

Festival Buku Kanak-kanak 2011

Kalau tiada aktivi lain, anda boleh bawa anak-anak ke sini. Lebih menjimatkan disamping menimba ilmu.

Program berkhatan anjuran Masjid Negara

Ni nak kepoh sikit...Masjid Negara akan menganjurkan program berkhatan beramai-ramai pada cuti sekolah di Masjid Negara pada 19 November. Program ini adalah usahasama antara Unit Perkhidmatan Sosial, Masjid Negara dan Rumah Khitan Sdn. Bhd.. Kaedah yang akan digunakan adalah Kaedah Smart Klamp.

Bayaran yang akan dikenakan kepada peserta adalah RM150.00 seorang. Penganjuran ini adalah untuk membantu mengurangkan beban kewangan yang ditanggung oleh ibubapa memandangkan kos berkhatan kini agak mahal mencecah sehinnga RM200.00.
